I recently ordered an item with delivery "Cainiao standard For Special Goods" being the only type to choose from(except that FedEx for like 120$ for a 30$ item), and it took a while to arrive even to the country, Slovenia, like 25 days(I ordered at the same time and two others arrived in 7 days), and now YOU'RE TELLING ME THEY PICKED ECSC?! Who will pick that piece of trash, on the GMaps their rating is 1,5 STARS! With often package lost or stealage, with pair of 3 to 5 reviews. What should I do?! Will buyer protection or dispute refund money or they will sent another one in case of lost package? Or they will be hogs and take my money? Can anyone PLS help me? Now it is at local Facility, trackers such as Cainiao, Parcelsapp, 17track shows that it is at Slovenia, but local mail tracking website knows NOTHING.
