AliExpress order stuck at ‘arrived at local airport’ for 30+ days dispute denied, need help
Hi everyone,
I’m dealing with a frustrating situation and could use some advice.
I ordered a small personal item from AliExpress about 45 days ago. It was shipped using Cainiao Super Economy for Special Goods. The tracking has been stuck on “Arrived at local airport” since June 29, with no further updates.
Here’s what I’ve done:
I opened a dispute with AliExpress due to non-delivery.
The dispute was denied, and the system keeps saying the package is “in transit,” even though nothing has changed.
The package was labeled as a massager, but I suspect it may have been held at customs for inspection.
My concerns:
The Buyer Protection period is nearing 60 days, and I don’t want to lose the chance for a refund.
I’ve uploaded tracking screenshots and explained everything, but AliExpress keeps stalling.
Has anyone else experienced something like this?
What else can I do to get a refund?
Is there any way to get a response from a real support agent, not just automated replies?
