Can the seller dispute my refund for a Choice item?
I bought some electronic parts fulfilled by Aliexpress Choice marked w/ Free Return, unfortunately their tolerances are quite poor and don't fit well.
I initiated the refund process and got rejected by the seller who claimed my pictures don't show any problems, then the next day while I was in the process of making a video to better demonstrate the flaws I noticed Aliexpress had stepped in and provided a return shipping label.
I had returned several Choice items in the past and Aliexpress immediately granted them each time without the stores' input not sure why this time is different? If I send the item back does the seller still get to submit an inquiry to reject my refund again?
