Aliexpress Support refused to refund my order even after going through the dispute process and contacting support on a daily basis.

Fake promises made but in the end dispute closed without any resolution. Emails get generic repsonse and their support in the app is non existent and unhelpful.

Don't know the right platform to seek help so I'm posting here as well.
