How do resends work?
| | Hi, this is only my second time ordering from here and I'm very confused by everything, so please forgive me if I'm missing something obvious! I received my order, but there was a piece missing, so I can't use it. I messaged the seller and they said they will resend it. How can I guarantee they will actually send a replacement and not just wait out the dispute window? I read the FAQ on this sub and it says to ask the seller to extend the buyer protection if they plan to resend. Is that different from the 15 days after receipt? I already confirmed my order as received, did I screw up by doing this? The order supposedly has free returns, and I'm not opposed to opening a dispute and getting a refund instead, I'm just not sure how to proceed here. Thank you!! [link] [comments] |
