How long does the review of a case and refund process take?
| | Long story short I got sent an empty box due to some miscommunications on the sellers behalf because the factory shipping out my order without confirming my selection for the goods (custom made product) I have opened a case because the seller stopped responding to my messages and has blocked me I believe. I made sure to record evidence of the opening of the package as the seller blocked me after a 3-5 days post payment they just stopped responding and didn’t ship my product until 2 weeks later but it did not allow me to cancel in the system. It looks like Aliexpress has given me a refund option as the only solution option which I have accepted. How long does this actually take for the case to get close and for a refund to be initiated after I have accepted the Aliexpress solution? [link] [comments] |
