I need some help/guidance regarding receiving the wrong item
Hi all, I'm hoping you can assist or provide guidance for my situation. Long story short, I ordered a bluetooth receiver, and what I received was a bag full of white stuffing, like completely the wrong item.
I had recorded myself opening up the package, showing its contents, the tracking number (which matches that of my order), and the sticker that indicates the product name (the wrong product). I sent this all to Ali and they still denied my claim, asking for some sort of logistics certificate. I have no idea what they want..the wrong item was sent, what does the logistics company have to do with this? I feel like they're just trying to find any excuse to not provide a rightful refund, for whats clearly their mistake.
