My order is marked as delivered, I haven't received anything?
Hello everyone, I'm writing to ask If anyone already had this issue before,
So I recently made an order on AliExpress, order was on the 5th August, and was in preparation until the 12th August, then finally the status changed to shipped,
When I checked the provided order tracking number, I realized that my order is getting shipped to : Jakarta Indonesia, which is NOT my address, I instantly sent a message to the seller,
His response is : 亲爱的朋友。请放心这不是实际发货的单号，现在商品正在第三方物流中心进行商检 "Dear friend. Please rest assured that this is not the actual shipment number. The goods are currently undergoing inspection at the third-party logistics center."
I was very skeptical, everything was telling me to just cancel the order, but I really wanted the product as I haven't been able to find any other seller that ships it to my address, so I gambled and let it happen
Today the order is marked as delivered on the AliExpress app, when I check the order number again on the universal parcel tracker, It shows that It was delivered to Jakarta Indonesia, I've sent a message again to the seller again and Im waiting for their response, they usually answer me in about a day, I've requested a refund and opened a dispute,
What do you guys think ? Is there any hope that either the product will arrive or that I will get a refund ? It was a bit expensive for me (about 100 usd)
