Packages getting lost more frequently
So I’ve been having an issue where packages are getting lost quite a bit. Out of my last 10 orders, only 4 have made it. It’s a pain in the ass because it takes months to get refunded due to the reason they keep pushing the time window, and customer service is useless in helping, let alone contacting. They are not expensive items, but it still adds up.
