Question about tracking code change
Hey everyone, first time posting here.
I’ve been using Aliexpress for quite a while, and the only time I’ve seen the tracking code change was whenever they got combined with other products I bought.
I didn’t particularly mind that the tracking code changed, but I found it weird that the new one doesn’t show up in any tracking website I’ve tried (Cainao, parcelsapp, 17track, postal ninja, etc).
Contacted customer support to see if they knew anything but they weren’t very helpful, contacted the seller and a bot answered, but when I asked the question about the tracking code the bot didn’t know how to answer as it literally gave me an error (said something about ‘unknown message type).
Previous tracking code started with CNBR, new one starts with 8800, which is similar to the tracking codes of a local courier but it doesn’t show up in their website either. Package ships to Chile if it matters.
Has this happened to any of you?
