Refund not received
I have had several refunds over the years to PayPal or Ali credit, never a problem. However, since the PayPal payment option disappeared some time ago, I started using Google pay and a few weeks ago i requested my first refund there. AliExpress claims to have sent the refund July 11th, but I have not received anything. Anyone facing the same issue? (Ali customer service has not been helpful, they just keep on sending me a reference number that means nothing for anyone else)
