Seller Asking Me to Cancel Dispute and Wait 3 Weeks to Reopen

I've sent a dispute for an order that's been stuck since January under "Still in transit, past the delivery time." The seller keeps messaging me to cancel the dispute and wait another three weeks, saying I can reopen it if the package still doesn’t arrive.

They also rejected my refund proposal for the second time, even though I provided tracking evidence, insisting I should just wait.

Should I respond again with the same evidence of my previous messages, or just ignore their request until AliExpress intervenes?

Thanks!
