Seller is being very unprofessional and demands extra money. Please advice.
I bought an article from a seller and after 1 minute, the item got marked as partially shipped with a fake tracking number.
Then the seller said that I have to pay extra to customs when the parcel arrives to my country, but I chose Poland as the country where it was shipped from, so I answered the seller that customs will probably not be involved because it comes from Poland (and I live within the EU)
He then wrote to me I can pay 160 USD to get it shipped from France and then i do not have to pay extra or pay 600 USD to customs when the package arrives?
I wrote that I do not agree to any of this because I chose Poland in my order, but he keeps threatening like this.
I wrote to aliexpress and they answered that a decision has been made and "We will punish seller with deduction points in accordance with the platform rules"
But they also write "Your order is still in the stocking period, and cancellation is not supported yet. Please wait for the stocking period. If the order has not been cancelled after the stocking period, please contact us.
The lead time for this order is 7 working days, which is 7 working days after successful payment.
If you cannot find the stocking period, we suggest you check on the PC end.

I cannot see any stocking period? What are they talking about? I can see "Order partially shipped Your order will fully ship in 22 days."
I also see "Estimated delivery date: Mar 27, 2025"
Nothing has been shipped for real. The tracking number for the partially shipped is fake.
I cannot cancel. Aliexpress will not cancel either.
So what do I do now? :(
What is the usual waiting time for this to work itself out? Will I get my money back?
