Worst kind of customer service
| Bought a powerbank for €18 euro which only worked for a month and broke. Tried contacting the seller but they ignored me. Opened a dispute and ali express told me to send the goods back to the seller. I asked about the return label and aliexpress told to pay upfront for the label and i will get a compensation. The label was €22 euro. I sent the goods back to seller on my own costs. Waited for 1,5 months and finally on last week the seller posted a video of my return-label on a totally different product and claimed i sent the wrong item back. Aliexpress chose the sellers side and asked me to send a video of me packing the original product and also include the returning label. They were asking me to travel back in time to capture a video of me packing the broken product. I try explaining a 100 times i didnt have this video. I only have the original returnlabel which the shop gave me. Also the weight of package was shown. Aliexpress kept asking for the packing video and eventually closed the dispute with zero compensation for me. I lost my broken powerbank of €18 and also no compensation for the label which cost me €22 euro. Im eventually €40 euro at loss and no one in aliexpress wants to help me.
