AliExpress without consent?! Automatically placed order without us putting our payment methods (saved details?)
We/ me and my brother are shocked since last time we ordered, it was in June for my new phone, and there it had that checkmark box if we want to save address and save other info and we didn't click it... Yet now today we ordered 2 screen protectors and Earbuds from ali, I had them in the shopping cart for few days already and today we pressed Checkout and pressed Order now, and it just automatically charged the amount without optional payment methods and now we want to clear the payment method info for accidental purchases and control
How do we do that?
In mobile app there's no option about purchasing related things except shipping address which also now is or looks to be saved too...
