Two distinct orders, same tracking number, missing items
| | Hello, Almost 2 months ago I ordered a 36V battery + 2 chargers from the same AliExpress listing (I selected battery1 + charger2). They shipped all 3 items with the same tracking number by train (it took about 40 days to arrive). But apparently, this tracking number only corresponds to the battery, as mentioned on the package and it's content. I checked again my orders and Ali says both battery and chargers have been delivered at the same time. I opened a dispute for missing items and asked the seller to either provide the correct shipping number for chargers, or refund me but they won't reply... What am I supposed to do ?
